Further Details
The conference will commence at 9.45 am on Monday 27th June 2011 and finish at 4.45 pm on Tuesday 28th June 2011. Registration will be from 9.00 am each day of the conference. Delegates need register only once on their first day of attendance.
Note: It is essential that delegates attend every session for the period of their registration so as to facilitate the exchange of perspectives for which the conference strives and which will enable presenters to develop their submitted papers further, ready for inclusion in the conference publications.
Presentations should be no more than 20 minutes in duration and subsequent responses/discussions of no more than 10 minutes. Presenters are strongly encouraged not to read their presentations verbatim and instead to speak to the significant points raised in their papers.
Abstracts are to be submitted by Friday 29th April 2011. These should be submitted using the relevant Template on the ‘Call for Papers’ section of this website. All papers will be minimally double blind peer reviewed.
Publication
Presenters are expected to revise their papers in light of the discussion at and further reflection following the conference. All such papers will be eligible for publication in an ISBN eBook (also available in bound hard copy) with iVERG Ltd.
Registration Fees
The cost for attending the conference is set out on the Booking Form. All registration costs are to be paid by Friday 20th May 2011.
Payment Process
Invoices will contain all the necessary information for you to pay by bank transfer or credit card. The invoice must be settled by Friday 20th May 2011. It is the responsibility of delegates to ensure that payment is made by this date. Failure to receive payment will result in your booking being cancelled.
Methods of Payment
Payment should be made only when an invoice has been received from iVERG. Payments may be made by PayPal, BACS, IBAN or SWIFTBIC (details on the invoice). We regret that payment cannot be accepted by other means. Invoices are sent out electronically (only), so it is essential that all requested information is provided on the Booking Form, as invoices cannot be supplied without this. All payments are charged and must be made in UK Pounds Sterling.
All fees payable in advance. No delegate will be admitted to the conference if their invoice has not been paid by Friday 20th May 2011.
